What is the purchasing limit for cannabis?

State law permits the purchase of up to one ounce of flower or five grams of concentrate at a time. Flower – 1 ounce (28.3495 grams), Concentrate/Vape – 5 grams, Tincture – 5000 milligrams, Edibles – 500 milligrams, Topicals/Ointments – No Limit.

Do I need ID to purchase cannabis?

Yes, you must be 21+ and have a valid form of government issued identification to enter a dispensary and purchase cannabis products.

What types/forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and gift cards. An ATM is conveniently located onsite for use by patrons.

What is your policy on returns?

We will accept any unused product still in its original wrapping, as long as all elements of the label are readable and untampered with. The returned product may be exchanged for the same item or something of equal or lesser value. Defective products may also be returned. The same stipulations apply as above. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. All returns must be made within 48 hours of purchase. No exchange is guaranteed. Each exchange is subject to approval.

Is there parking available?

There is ample onsite parking available for patrons. There is a public transit bus stop directly in front of Underground Legacy as well as a bus stop directly across the street. Mattapan Public Transit station is a 7-minute walk from Underground Legacy where you will find additional bus lines as well as trolley service.

Community Clean Up – August 2024

Underground Legacy conducts bi-monthly community clean ups where abutting and surrounding streets in the neighborhood have litter picked up by staff and resident volunteers. The goal of this program is to increase property values and curb appeal throughout the neighborhood. This is our contribution to revitalization efforts taking place in Mattapan. Next community clean up is scheduled for early August 2024.
