Underground Legacy is seeking full time and part-time Budtender personnel to join our team. An ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis and has a solid base of product knowledge along with exemplary customer service skills.
Budtenders provide friendly and helpful customer service, guiding our clients to the best cannabis products to fit their unique needs. Budtenders must maintain compliance with all cannabis regulations and keep the sales floor and point of sales stations clean and orderly.
Qualified applicants must have 2 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the sales floor and validate IDs for a second time.
- Provide quality customer service and enroll customers in our loyalty program.
- Educate customers, filed questions, concerns and complaints.
- Operate point of sale software to complete sales.
- Handle cash and debit cards.
- Assist with opening and closings per the SOPs.
- Keep all areas of the retail space clean, including the sales floor, display racks, POS, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-2 years customer service and retail experience.
- Friendly, personable, organized and attentive.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license, passport or government issued ID.
- Knowledge of cannabis product basics.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
Compensation:
- $17 – $20 hourly
