State law permits the purchase of up to one ounce of flower or five grams of concentrate at a time. Flower – 1 ounce (28.3495 grams), Concentrate/Vape – 5 grams, Tincture – 5000 milligrams, Edibles – 500 milligrams, Topicals/Ointments – No Limit.

Yes, you must be 21+ and have a valid form of government issued identification to enter a
dispensary and purchase cannabis products.

We accept cash and debit cards. An ATM is conveniently located onsite for use by patrons.

What is your policy on returns?

Accepted Answer

We will accept any unused product still in its original wrapping, as long as all elements of the
label are readable and untampered with. The returned product may be exchanged for the same
item or something of equal or lesser value.
Defective products may also be returned. The same stipulations apply as above.
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
All returns must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
No exchange is guaranteed. Each exchange is subject to approval.

There is ample onsite parking available for patrons.
There is a public transit bus stop directly in front of Underground Legacy as well as a bus stop
directly across the street.
Mattapan Public Transit station is a 7-minute walk from Underground Legacy where you will
find additional bus lines as well as trolley service.
